You have to apply for your Michigan Real Estate License with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
What Happens Next
You'll receive an email providing you with an exam candidate ID number that is required to register for the exam. License application fees are valid for one year and the following process must be completed within one year from the date fees are paid.
